Our training facility was added to the breeding operation in 1999 - a 20-stall barn with adjoining covered arena which can be closed in the winter.

Our footing in the arena is so terrific that it deserves mention. It is a new product - it requires no watering - and there is not a speck of dust - ever. The horses smile when they work.

Far-A-Field Acres' 'Ocita' undisputed Grand Champion of 2004 Devon Breed Show

On September 30, 2004, 'Ocita', a five-year-old Holsteiner mare, became the undisputed Grand Champion of the 2004 Devon Breed Show. 'Ocita' was bred by Far-A-Field Acres, LLC. 'Ocita' is a 16.2 hand dark bay mare by 'Love Affair' (Larno) out of 'Ines' (Merano). Ocita is the result of more than 40 years of breeding expertise by Liesellott Wiendieck both in Germany and the United States.

In addition to Ocita's win at Devon, she was also Grand Champion at Morven Park, Grand Champion at the Virginia Dressage Association Summer Breed Show, and Grand Champion at the Dressage in Lexington Breed Show.
